I am a results-focused leader with over 17 years of experience in product management, experience design, and operational excellence. I specialize in driving innovation, leading high-performing teams, and delivering impactful results across B2G, B2C, B2B, and Enterprise markets.

  • 🎯 I have experience driving products from early development through hyper-growth, leading teams through each phase, and ensuring seamless integration with broader business objectives.
     
  • 🎯 Spent over 8 years at IDSI (creating revolutionary software for the U.S. Government) helping to build their interactive and software services teams from the ground up, from less than $1M ARR when I joined in August 2013 to over 10+ simultaneous projects and over $6M in ARR by the middle of 2020. 

  • 🎯 For the past 4 years at Kin + Carta, I've had the opportunity to partner with amazing global clients, building global delivery teams and leading a $20m professional service portfolio, helping our clients implement innovative and trasnformative work.

  • 🎯 I believe in fostering cultures and software development processes that help teams do the best work of their lives in environments that are safe, healthy, and fulfilling.

Building Empowered Teams: My primary focus is on fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where teams can thrive. By developing robust systems and structures, I ensure that teams have the strategic context they need to address both customer and business needs efficiently. 

Strategic Product Management: Crafting and implementing clear product visions and strategies is at the core of my work. I strive to ensure that our teams are aligned with the most impactful opportunities, designing systems and processes that support seamless execution and high-quality delivery.

Collaborative Development Process: I believe in understanding the needs of both users and the broader business. By working closely with cross-functional leaders, I create team structures and development processes that foster collaboration and fit within our organizational culture.

UXD/UXR Expertise: I’ve done everything—and work to keep these skills up to date—including ethnography, heuristic evaluations, usability testing, participatory design, concept testing, and surveys. Content audits, style guides, and content creation. Flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and concept development.
